Description
Numbered Note 22 applies. Additional Information: SUPSHIP intends to place Task Orders and Job Orders under a Nuclear Support Agreement to be negotiated with Electric Boat Corporation. Exception to full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2). These Task Orders and Job Orders will be for emergency work requirements in support of commissioned submarines in the Groton/New London, CT area during the period of 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002.
