Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency intends to purchase, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, video teleconferencing maintenance and video engineering services. The video maintenance portion is to provide scheduled monthly maintenance services for multi-point video teleconferencing sites to include an auditorium with large screen projection. The engineering portion is to support broadcast quality video production centers and VTC facilities to include an auditorium. Engineering services include system design, equipment purchase recommendations, specifying and providing new broadcast quality equipment, equipment calibration, troubleshooting and repair, Electronic Field Production (EFP)support, system modification and integration, and hardware/software upgrades. Only small businesses will be considered for participation. The relevant NAICS code is 811211.
