Description

Employee Assistance Program for 300 employees at the NIOSH Pittsburgh Research Laboratory. Base year plus nine one-year options. Requirement will be filled utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures with written quotations on Standard Form 1449. Request for Quotations (RFQ) 2001-Q-06002 will be issued on or about August 6, 2001 with an anticipated award date of October 1, 2001.
