- The hand application of government furnished deer and rabbit repellant on approximately 1200 acres of national forest land within the counties of Beltrami, Cass and Itasca. Application of product will be done by hand via backpack spray unit. Desired date for starting work is 9/21/01. Recommended contract time is 44 days. See numbered note #1.
