Description

17. The Department of State (DTS-PO), Fairfax, VA, intends to procure through competitive bids, a full duplex, digital circuit capable of supporting 512 Kbps between either the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) American Embassy Manama and the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) Beltsville Information Management Center (BIMC), or the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) American Embassy Muscat and the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) American Embassy London Annex Croughton in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Two separate Statements of Work have been included in this Request for Quote. Vendors who intend to bid on this procurement must provide a quote for both SOW's in order to be considered for award. The services shall include a base quantity of one year with four one-year options. Requests for solicitations need only be made if a potential contractor has no access to the Internet.
