Description

A-E services for the Midewin National Tallgrass Praiire, Wilmington IL. The total for this contract will not exceed $50,000 for all items. The professional services required include professional surveying services to delineate National Tallgrass Prairie boundary lines; boundary marking and measuring; property corner search, monumentation, or maintenance and related miscellaneous work. the contract period is 6 months after date of award. Multiple awards may be made. the following criteria will be used to evaluate Architect and Engineer questionnaires submitted: 1. Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; 2. Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; 3. Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; 4.Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; 5. Location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project; 6. Experience and qualifications of proposed key personnel including specialized technical skills, project coordination and management skills, and experience in working together as a team; 7. Volume and nature of present workload as it relates to the ability to perform the work required. Responses recieved by September 7, 2001 will be considered for selection.
