Description

The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit competitive proposals for the fabrication of 1 each After Body Assembly in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 6893402 and all associated drawings. This After Body Assembly is fabricated from composite PVC foam laminated with e-glass. It is approximately 54 +/- inches high (rounded trapezoid) tapering to 27.5 inches +/- in 38 inches length for the main body, with four fins that extend the overall length by 26+/- inches. Offeror shall provide and maintain a quality system that, as a minimum, adheres to the requirements of ISO or ANSI/ASQC 9000. Required delivery date is 26 weeks after award of the contract. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, 6703 W. Highway 98, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. NAICS is 332710; size standard is 500 employees.
