Description

The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for services for developing photographic film and making photographic prints or slides. The Contractor shall supply all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, and a pick-up/delivery service, FOB Destination, in performing the required photographic services. Work shall be performed at the Contractor's facility, which must be located within the Denver, Colorado Metropolitan Area in order to perform the pick-up and delivery service at The Bureau of Reclamation, Denver Federal Center; Alameda & Kipling; Bldg. 67, Room 112, D-7910; Denver CO 80225-0007. Processing is primarily for semi-matte color prints and glossy black and white prints unless otherwise specified. Color paper shall be of the same quality and color density as Kodak Ekta Color Professional 74 plus. The anticipated period of performance is a base year with 4 option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 812921 with a small business size standard of $5.0 million. Offers from concerns other than small business concerns are not solicited. These services are subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended. This procurement is subject to Wage Determination No. 1994-2081 dated 4/13/2001. In response to this notice, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
