Description

PLANNER ESTIMATOR SERVICES: The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to perform planning and estimating services as outlined in this solicitation. Performance period is for one year with 2 additional one year options. Estimated start date is October 1, 2001. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns only. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. This solicitation will be posted on or about August 7, 2001. Interested parties may access the solicitation at www.eps.gov.
