Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. SOLICITATION # RBK00010017 IS ISSUED AS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) AND A CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED USING THE CONTRACTING BY NEGOTIATION PROCEDURES. This acquisition will be a 100% set-aside under the Buy Indian Act. Only Native Americans or Native-American controlled firms will be eligible for award. This acquisition has specific mandatory experience requirements for contractor's assigned personnel which may be found at section M.6 of the RFQ. The NAICS code is 54121 Accounting Services. The RFQ calls for providing two full-time accounting consultants on a task order driven performance based service contract. The period of performance will be for one base year and up to four option years. The consultants assigned to this contract must be extremely knowledgeable in the areas of Federal Financial System, the Bureau's Fixed Asset and Project Cost Accounting sub-systems, Construction-in-Progress accounting, loan accounting and accounting under Tribal self-determination laws. The place of performance will primarily be in Phoenix, AZ with other possible work locations in Denver, CO and Albuequerque, NM. See the RFQ for complete requirements.
