Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to provide maintenance service to Government-owned housing units in Natick, Needham, Wayland, and Hudson Massachusetts as well as the Government owned Barracks ( Building 15) located on Kansas Street in Natick Massachusetts. This acquisition is one hundred per cent (100%) set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this procurement is 1521 and the small business size is $17.0. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price IDIQ type contract for a base year and four option years.
