Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and with FAR Subpart 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Request for Quotation (RFO) 673-132-01 is assigned and shall be referenced on any request for solicitation. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 5047 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for Shower trolley, hydraulic powered (7 ea). Height adjustment, raise and lower, includes mattress, pillow, drain hose and drain plug. Trolley material: powder coated steel and stainless steel; casters 2 twin casters, two braking casters with straight steering; min/max height is 22-34". Stretcher material: powder coated steel and stainless steel; width 29 1/2" (25 1/4 with side rails compressed); length 75"; side rail height 8 1/2", mattress foam filled, PVC cover; pillow foam filled, PVC cover; max load 330#.
