PRnumber YPE01004000373, NSN 59815-01-248-9160. Set-aside type: unrestricted. Full and Open Competition, Applicable Documents: Grumman Aerospace (26512) 123SCAV5760-1, Revision E, 29 Aug 94. First article testing requirement by the contractor is required except for the following apaproved sources: Grumman Aerospace (26512) p/n 123SCAV5760-1; L-3 Communications (09WD2) (Formerly Loral Microwave) p/n U-140-1. First article testing by contractor must be iaw Grumman Aerospace (26512) drawing 123SCAV5760 paragraph 4.0 thru 4.7. Acceptance (production) testing shall be performed iaw paragraphs 4.2. of drawing (26512) 123SCAV5760-1. Contractor will test 8 units and acceptance testing sampling shall be 100 percent inspection, zero failures. Various increments solicited from 25 each to 60 each. A firm fixed price contract will be isssued. Destination will be memphis tn. Whie price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a cimbination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors.
