This award will result in award of a firm fixed price contract for a quantity of 435 each. Specifications, drawings, or plans related to this item are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. Configuration control. If you are furnishing the item of a manufacturer not listed in the item description, you must provide a complete technical data package with your proposal in accordance with FAR Clauses 52.217-9002 Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers or part numbered items, and 52.217-9G04 Flight Safety , Critical Application, item documentation requirements. Effective June 1, 1998 in order for a vendor to receive an award against a solicitation issued after May 31, 1998, regardless of dollar value, they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-6. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be posted on August 21 and will close Spetember 21, 2001.
