Description

Solicitation 5365-01-167-3831/YPG01177000416. Ring, TDPL in accordance with drawing 1839531 Rev J, cage 80064, PC 84. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract for a quantity of 20 ea. Export Control. Technical data will only be released to contractors certified by defense logistics service center. If certification is needed, request DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. FMS requirement. Effective June 1, 1998 in order for a vendor to receive an award against a solicitation issued after May 31, 1998, they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-6. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The solicitation issue date is August 21 and will close September 21, 2001.
