- Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform work at Station Quillayute River, La Push, WA. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Remove existing chemical storage locker and paint shed indicated including their respective concrete slabs and foundations. B. Demolish exposed concrete slab shown and backfill void left with aggregate. C. Demolish portion of existing chain link fence indicated on plan and install new double leaf gate and fencing material. D. Excavate and pour new concrete slab at location shown. E. Install new prefabricated chemical storage building. F. Tie into existing electrical service available at Fuel Farm. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 235990. Small Business size standard is $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
