Description

See Numbered Note 1. Work includes (a) removal of existing wood drying flat and framing, asphalt shinle roof, related accessories, hung gutter and downspouts at rear service wing; (b) Installation of new clay tile roof and related copper flashings, installation of pole gutter, downspout and restoration of wood drying flats.
