Description

This is a soliciation to re-roof approximately 3,850 square feet Seasonal Apartments (6 units). This procurement is advertised as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235610, size standard of $11.5 Million. The work is to be performed at Devils Tower National Monument, Devils Tower,Crook County,Wyoming. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates apply. This is a Request for Quotation with Evaluation Factors. Submission of Offerors shall include response to the following Evaluation Criteria, listed in their order of importance, in descending order: 1) Certification and License: Provide Certification and License documentation by manufacturer of PVC/CPA membrane roofing system to install and provide warranty service for the sytem selected by the park. Contractors must demonstrate ability to deliver and handle the materials and equipment necessary to perform the work under the restrictions identified in Section 2.2A and B of the Scope of Services. 2) Customer Service and Warranty: Provide warranty information and customer service to support the warranty. 3) Past Performance: Contractor must provide 3 recent references than can substantiate past performance on similar contracts or projects. 4) Cost or Price. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are significanlty more important than cost or price. The price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
