Description

Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, superintendence, transportation and disposal to Construct a new septic system for the headquarters complex at Agassiz National Wildlife Refuge near Middle River, Minnesota including two septic/pump tanks with duplex pumps, one septic tank, one pump tank with duplex pumps, a 42' by 140' mound disposal field, approximately 1650 linear feet of 1 -- 1/2" forcemain and three pump controls with power supplies. The work also includes demolition of 8 existing manholes and an existing pump station, all surface restoration and appurtenant work. The estimated magnitude of the construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is part of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is not set-aside exclusively for small business firms.
