Description

Work under this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to remove existing compostion shingles, on three (3) buildings down to existing decking material and install new shingles. Work also includes remove existing built up roofing down to existing decking and install new roofing system on three (3) buildings in accordance with plans, specifications, all local, state, and federal regulations. Base Bid consist of Buildings #111, #112, & #113. Alternate #1: bldg.#124 Alternate #2: bldg.#125 Alternate #3: bldg.#37 The estimated price range of this project is between $275,000.00-$500,000.00. This project is set aside for Small Business. Bid packets will be available on July 30, 2001, and Bids will be opened 2:00pm, August 21, 2001, in the Branch of Contracts, Southern Plains Regional Office. Bid quarantee, payment and performance bonds are required.
