Description

NAICS 235110 -- Provide all material, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the work specified in this solicitation. Work will be accomplished in a building with courtrooms under conditions requiring limited noise and evironment factors. Work will involve the replacement of several HVAC units, duct work, & provide a new VAV system, new air cooled chiller, new fire sprinkler & alarm system, and replacement of electrical panels, switchgear & MCC at the U. S. Federal Building/Courthouse in Lawton, Oklahoma. Estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Solicitation GS-07P-01-UDC-5023, Project ROK93041. This project is being procured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract requiring the contractor and/or his subcontractors, to furnish a minimum of three references each. The references must attest to the capability of the contractors in past work with HVAC, Fire Sprinklers, and Electrical and their willingness to contract with them. The solicitation will be available for download, without the drawings, on the internet on/about August 01, 2001. If a contractor downloads this solicitation, please notify Steven F.
