Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) St Paul District will require the performance of the demolition of structures in East Grand Forks, MN and Grand Forks, ND. Work is for the demolition of structures that are in the path of levee construction. Structures are residential homes, garages, apartments, businesses, city utility buildings and other structures as needed. Demolition includes complete removal of structures, basement walls, basement slabs, on grade slabs, walkways, driveways, aprons, patios, decks, fences, and other items within the work limits. USACE seeks to competitively procure these services via a Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated contract will be a three (3) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQC) awarded on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The ID/IQC, inclusive of all three years, will have a dollar value ceiling of no more than $500,000. The applicable NAICS code is 235940 with a small business size standard of $11.5 million. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) DACW37-01-R-0020 will be posted to the US Army Corps of Engineers St Paul District World Wide Web site at http://mvpwww.mvp.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp on or about 3 August 2001. The official solicitation is available only by CD-ROM. Ordering of the CD-ROM shall be made by registering for it at the above web site. An unofficial version of the solicitation will be posted on the District's website. HOWEVER, ANY FORTHCOMING AMENDMENTS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEB SITE.
