See Numbered Note 1. Work includes restoration of deteriorated sections of the roof structure, clay tile roofing, roofing underlayment, roof sheathing, pole gutters and downspouts. Completion time is 60 days. Building must remain open to the public during performance of work. Cost is estimated at between $25,000-100,000.
