Description

Construct an approximately 3,000 sq. ft. addition to existing building C19 per drawings and specifications. Work includes new brick building addition with single ply membrane roof, steel windows, doors, raised flooring, uninterrupted power supply system, diesel generator system, general office spaces, conference room, parking areas, fence, sidewalks, landscaping, and certain other items. The cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Completion time for this project will be 180 days from notice to proceed.
