Description

General Services Administration, Northwest Arctic Region has a requirement for a Fitness Center Program Coordinator at the Federal Center South complex, 4735 East Marginal Way, Seattle, Washington. The solicitation number will be GS-10P-01-LSC-0086 and the period of performance is twelve (12) months with four (4) 1-year options. This solicitation will be issued IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Anticipated start date is 12/01/01. Solicitation will be available on or about 8/21/01. Offers will be due on or about 9/18/01. Award will be made to the offeror who: (a) assents to the terms of the RFP, and (b) has the best combination of experience, past performance, and price. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code applicable to this procurement is 713940 with the small business size of $5M.
