Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Appalachian Fruit Research Station (AFRS) in Kearneysville, West Virginia requires basic Janitorial Services for laboratory and administrative office cleaning, rest room cleaning and stocking, and trash removal. The period of performance for this performance based service contract will be from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 (base period), and four (4) renewable 1-year options. The location has an approximate total of 18,520 square feet of tiled laboratory space, 11,360 square feet of carpeted office space and seven (7) restrooms. Work hours will be from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, excluding weekends and Federal holidays. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 56172 with a small business size of 12 million. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. 20-3615-01 which will be available on or about August 9, 2001.
