Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)has a requirement to provide janitorial services at the Andrews Air Force Base, Camp Springs, Maryland. The period of performance is estimated to begin on October 1, 2001, with four (4) one-year option periods. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Economically Disadvantaged Companies located within a one hundred-mile radius of Camp Springs, Maryland. The SIC Code is 7349. ALL OFFERORS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT A COPY OF THEIR SBA CERTIFICATION AND LETTER FROM SBA STATING THAT THEY ARE REGISTERED WITH THE SBA. Companies that qualify should submit a letter of interest to the FAA, 1 Aviation Plaza, Jamaica, New York 11434, Attn: Lisa Floyd. Facsimiles will be accepted at (718) 995-5685. All letters must be received by July 31, 2001, and contractors outside of area of consideration will not receive a response from the Government as to the ineligiblity.
