Description

The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order with Mathsoft Engineering and Education for 1200 user licenses of the Student Option Agreement. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The appplicable SIC code is 7372, NAICS code 511210 with a size standard of $18.0M. All reponses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED. See numbered Note 22.
