Solicitation DAAE30-01-R-0616 replaces DAAE30-00-R-0616, A-76 Cost Comparison for Picatinny Arsenal, NJ in its entirety. The following information is provided to assist you in downloading the RFP and its various attachments from the official TACOM-ARDEC Picatinny Center of Contracting and Commerce Website -- PROCNet. 1. Open the following web address: http://procnet.pica.army.mil 2. In order to open the RFP files you must have WinZip installed on your computer. Scroll down the page until you come to "What software do I need?" Click on WinZip and follow the instructions to download this program. 3. From the Site Directory (left side of screen) click on the solicitation button found under Business Opportunities. 4. Scroll through the list until you locate the RFP. Click on the RFP number. This will bring you to the CBD Notice. Scroll down until you get to the button "Click me to download solicitation." 5. Type your company name and your email. Click "Enter", Select "Open this file from its current location" and click "OK". Click "I agree" on the License Agreement box. This will open WinZip. 6. The list of files compromise the RFP and attachments needed to submit an offer. Your attention is drawn to the document entitled "Section A" which includes a Table of Contents listing the file names and what they contain and an Executive Summary. It is recommended that you review this file first.
