- The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, parts, and transportation for the annual maintenance of Schlumberger S790 Automatic Test Equipment. sole source to Schlumberger Technologies, San Jose CA. Schlumberger is the only source known to own proprietary information pertaining to the applicable equipment and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the government?s requirement.
