Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, emergency services, inspection and chemical treatment of Government owned cooling towers as specified in the scope of work. The following work described applies to cooling towers, components, including but not limited to, drive belts, fans, pumps, electric motors, variable frquency drives, valves, operators and controls. This acquisition is a one hundred per cent (100%) set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this procurement is 1711 and the small business size is $7.0. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price contract for a base year and two option years. The solicitation is available only on our web site www3.natick.army.mil See Note 1.
