Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located in Birmingham, Alabama requires a maintenance contract for equipment located in our Pulmonary Function Lab located at this hospital. The equipment that will be covered by this contract will consist of the following: (1) Medigraphics, Elite DX; (2) Sensormedics, 2200. Contract will require preventive maintenance and repair services to include all labor, supervision, and part necessary to maintain this equipment within factory specification. Contractor shall perform semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections at six month intervals and repairs as indicated in the contracts statement of work. This contract will be for a base year plus four option years. Contract to begin October 1, 2001. The NAICS for this procurement is 811219.
