Description

The following solicitation will be issued on or about 6 Aug 01: F14614-01-R0003. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, expertise, testing and equipment necessary to complete work in accordance with Drawings and Specifications to Repair Dining Facility, Building 408. This project includes repair or replacement of all food service equipment, exhaust hoods, reconstruction of office area, repair or replacement of all mechanical equipment on the roof, replacement of existing built-up roof, the addition of a fire sprinkler system, replacement of fire detection and alarm systems, providing new floors, wall tiles, carpet, ceiling and painting of the interior. The performance period is 180 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System Code assigned to this acquisition is 23332, size standard of $7 million. This requirement will be solicited unrestricted to both large and small businesses. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available for downloading and viewing at http://www.eps.gov. All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
