Description

Successful contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide aerial broadcast seeding services of Government furnished seed. The Government may elect to award a single delivery order contract or task order contract or to award multiple delivery order contracts or task order contracts for these services to two or more sources under this solicitation. It is anticipated that the award(s) will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity for a base year plus 4 one-year option periods. The location of the services is statewide for the state of Idaho. The estimated minimum order guarantee is $2,500, and the estimated maximum order limitation for the entire contract is $1 million. Price and past performance will be used to evaluate proposals. There will be various schedules identified in the contract. For some of the schedules, the Contractor is responsible to load and transport seed from the pickup point to the operational loading sites, and for some of the schedules, the Government is responsible to load and transport seed from the pickup point to the operational loading sites. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available on or about August 9, 2001, see Note 1. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
