Description

FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure web and portal=20 development services on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. =20 These services are being acquired with Intellibridge Inc.. Intellibridge is=20 the only company that has developed an Enterprise Intelligence Portal, through=20 which they deliver daily intelligence briefs, in-depth analysis, web-casting=20 technology and a powerful database for managing internal and external=20 information. This platform is unique to Intellibridge. They are the only=20 company to maintain an active, on-line repository for all projects, including=20 the processing of documents and the integration of workflow capabilities. =20 Intellibridge's portal components are protected by patent and therefore proprietary. Access to these varied portal components is only available=20 through a contract with Intellibridge since they are the sole originator and=20 developer of the web based technology. Interested persons may identify their=20 interests and capability to respond to this requirement or to submit=20 proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. =20 A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition=20 based upon responses to this requirement is solely within the discretion of the=20 Government. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be=20 considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct=20 competitive procurements.
