Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, material, equipment, labor, and transportation to perform the maintenance of Siemens HICOM systems located at Spangdahlem AB and Ramstein AB, Germany and Aviano AB, Italy. In addition, contractor to provide one annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection at each site, and annual refresher training for touchscreen console and optiste telephone operation, and Maintenance Access Terminal System Administration. Also, contractor to provide hardware and software technical updates to ensure WOC mission accomplishment at all times using the latest HICOM C2ACS technological advancements.
