Description

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) intends to award a purchase order for Painting of Stairways at NIEHS, Research Triangle Park, NC, Building 101, Modules C & D Basement Animal Areas. Painting will be restricted to Saturdays only (five consecutive). Painting in Clean Animal Rooms requires Clean Clothing Dress Policies to be followed. Award to be based on best value analysis. Contractors are encouraged to attend the Site Visit which is scheduled for Wednesday, August 15, 2001 at 10:00 am (FAR 42.237-1 Site Visit (Apr 1984). The Request for Quotation (RFQ) package -- DLV10256 -- will be issued on or about 8/01/01 and will be due on or about 8/24/01. Requests for RFQ package should be sent to the attention of Dee Lunney via FAX (919) 541-5117 or email lunney@niehs.nih.gov. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. The NAICS Code/Size is 235210/$11.5M. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Note 1.
