Description

The Army requires a Construction Contract for Constructing Phase 2 Parking Lots along McFarland Avenue, Ft. Stewart, Ga. complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items. All necessary clearing, grubbing, grading, earthwork, grassing, paving, pavement storm drainage and electrical work as shown on the drawings and specifications. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 235710. The size standard is $11.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 and is SAF "Subject to Availability of Funds" This solicitation will be posted on the Internet only.
