Description

Furnish all materials and labor for reroofing and reconstructing the floor and roof system of the Lucerne Guard Station/residence on the Chelan Ranger District. Work includes removing the existing cedar shingles, and providing and installing roofing felt and cedar shingles. Work also includes site grading near the foundation, installation of foundation vents, and installation of a cutoff drain trench. Government Estimate is less than $25,000. If contract is awarded for more than $25,000.00 then an Alternate Payment Protection (payment bond) will be required after award. Estimated start work date is 9/6/01 with contract time of 60 calendar days. NAICS code is 235610. This project is set aside for Emerging Small Businesses. Package should be available approximately 8/1/01. See Note 1.
