Description

Emergency Watershed Projects -- The work will consist of installation of structural measures such as gabion backets, rock riprap, etc. Call 304-254-8414 to obtain information on the status of site showings. This is a message line that will be updated daily. Packages will ONLY be available at the site showings. Attendance at site showings is MANDATORY. Site showings will begin to be scheduled for this aspect of the work within the next two to three weeks. Please check the message to verify site showing information. If you plan to bid on this work, you will need to complete the following steps to set up for electronic funds transfer payments. The Contractor shall use the following steps in obtaining electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment: (a) Contact the National Finance Center (NFC) Miscellaneous Payments Section at its toll free number 1-800-421-0323 to obtain an enrollment package containing form NFC-1107, Enrollment Form-Vendor Express Program and Completion Instructions. (b) The vendor (contractor) enrollment package package will contain specific completion instructions. Form NFC-1107 will also contain the NFC assigned nine digit vendor identification number. (c) Contractor will make note of the NFC assigned vendor number which is to be included on the second line of the remittance address on all invoices submitted for payment under this contract. (d) Return completed form NFC-1107 to NFC. (e) The Contractor will include the "Vendor Identification Number"on the second line of the remittance address on all invoices submitted for payment. The remittance address is required on all invoices so that payment can be forwarded to the remittance address indicated on the invoice if the financial institution enrollment information becomes invalid.
