Description

This acquisition is subject to FAR Clause 52.213-18, Availability of Funds. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary for the renovation of an existing men's restroom and corridor to include a new men's restroom, a unisex restroom, corridor and janitors closet. Estimated Price Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Number of Days in Contract: 90. Number of Bid Items: One NAICS Code: 233310, Manufacturing and Industrial Building Construction, $27.5 Million. Prospective contractors must register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award. Offerors are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award.
