Description

FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure non-personnal College Level Examination Program (CLEP) Services on a sole source pursuant to 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) from The College Board of New York, NY, who holds all trademarks and copyrights to these standardized tests. An estimated 81,000 exams shall be ordered over each annual contract period, which consists of a base year commencing Oct 1, 2001 and a single option year commencing Oct 1, 2002. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to the above organization within 45 days of this announcement. Such information should be mailed to the attention of FISC Code 02P22D at the above address. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NCIS code is 611710.
