Description

Source sought for aerial Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data collection that can provide mapping services to the Federal Highway Administration. The geographic region where the mapping will be required is the 13 state region (CA,NV,CO,UT,AZ,NM,TX,KS,SD,ND,NE,WY) serviced by the Central Federal Lands Highway Division of the FHWA. The required standards for the data supplied are as follows: Post-processed point accuracy for the data shall be 0.15 meters horizontally and 0.10 meters vertically. Digital ortho photographic mosaics are required on the same coordinate system as the data file and shall be geo-referenced and scaled to within 0.5 meters of the points collected with LiDAR. The resolution of the mosaic shall not exceed 0.2 meters.
