Description

The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery type contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance, Crooked Creek Lake, Ford City, Pennsylvania. Services include grass mowing; maintenance of landscaped areas; cleaning; solid waste & raw sewage removal; wildlife management, drift, debris, & trash removal; maintenance of navigation aids and swim areas; and marking boundaries. The period of performance will be from 1 November 2001 or date of award, whichever is later, through 31 October 2002, with four one-year option periods. The specifications will be available approximately 08 August 2001 and will be provided free of charge. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses (NAICS Code is 561210, $20M).
