Description

The Marine Corps Support Activity has a requirement for cleaning HVAC equipment and ductwork for eight buildings located at Richards Gebaur, memorial airport, Kansas City, Missouri. Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform cleaning 27 (standard size) Air Handlers; 6350 feet of Ductwork; 174 Fan Coils; 9 VAV boxes and 13 (small) Air Handlers. Sketches will accompany this project description and are part thereof. New air filters must be installed after cleaning. Contractor must be NADCA certified and must provide the Contracting Officier with a copy of the current certification. All work must be performed in accordance with NACDA 1992-01. The contract period is September 15 2001or date of award, through December 15 2001. This Acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. North American Ind ustry Classification System (NAICS) 235110 will apply with a size standard of $11.5 Million is applicable to this acquisition. The solicitation will be made avilable on or about 14 August 2001with a closing date of 28 August 2001 and will be free of charge.
