Description

This amendment incorporates three attachments and changes to the following items: Item (iii) is changed to read "The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DCN) 20001213. Item (xii) is changed to incorporate "FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, and DFARS 252-212-7001 apply to this solicitation. In addition to those clauses cited by reference in the initial synopsis/solicitation, the following clauses cited by reference are applicable to this solicitation: 52.225-3 Buy America Act -- Supplies; 52.232-33 Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payments; 52.222-41 Service Contract Act of 1965, as Amended. Also, incorporated by reference and by attachment to this modification, 52.222-42 Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires (see attachment)." Item (xvi) is changed to read "Offers/Quotes are due no later than 2:00p.m. Mountain Standard Time, on Friday 3 August 2001, at 50th CONS/LGCB, Attention: Janet Stinson, 300 O'Malley Blvd, Ste 49, Schriever AFB, CO 80912-3049. Email and facsimile responses are acceptable." Item (xvii) is changed to read "For more information please call Janet Stinson (719) 567-6382, or Kristi Heikkila (719) 567-3852. FAX (719)-567-3809." The wage determination for this procurement is Colorado Wage Determination 1995-2079, rev 18, dated 31 May 2001. See attachment. Attachments incorporated into this solicitaion by this amendment include: 1) Colorado State Wage Determination, 1994-2079, rev 18 dated 31 May 01, 2) Mod. 15 Autocad Technical and Integration Site Drawings, and 3) the full text of FAR clause 52.222-42.
