Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) has a requirement for the surface preparation and coating of AN/ALQ-184 RLB and AN/SLQ-32(V) housings and assemblies. The above referenced solicitation will be set aside 100% for small business and will be issued on a competitive basis. It is anticipated that an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with firm-fixed prices covering a five-year period will result from this solicitation. The minimum total amount ordered will be 15 AN/ALQ-184 RLB units and four AN/SLQ-32(V) units. The maximum total amount ordered will be 500 AN/ALQ-184 RLB units and 20 AN/SLQ-32(V) units. Pricing for the AN/ALQ-184 RLB units will be based on quantity ranges from 1 to 10 units and from 11 to 20 units. Delivery will be required within 30 days for AN/ALQ-184 RLB units and 90 days for AN/SLQ-32(V) units after award of a delivery order. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Delivery will be FOB destination at NSWC Crane, Indiana 47522-5001. Sources must be capable of meeting MIL-PRF-23377, MIL-PRF-85285, MIL-C-5541, MIL-C-81706 and FED-STD-595B. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government considering technical, past performance, and price-related factors. Evaluation credit will be given to sources that are National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) accredited and AS-9000 certified. The solicitation will be posted and available for downloading through NSWC Crane's web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/solicit.htm. Illustrations of the AN/ALQ-184 RLB and AN/SLQ-32(V) housings and assemblies will be provided as a link in the solicitation on NSWC Crane's web site.
