Description

This acquisition will be conducted pursuant to FAR 13.5 Commercial Item Test Program. This requirement is for a medium weight, low noise, 19-inch rack to be used in U.S. Navy Radio Communications equipment onboard new construction ships. The racks will be used as the standard racking system to mount and install various Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and systems of the Communications Suite. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 337215 and the applicable size standard is 500 employees. A Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), supply type contract (with delivery orders), for a base year and four (4) one-year option periods is anticipated for award. Subject procurement is unrestricted with the award made via full and open competitive proposals.
