- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are bring requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 557-RFQ-27-01 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and the small business set-aside standard for this procurement is333911 and 500 employees respectively. The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center (VAMC) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, for a total of 13 Spirax Sarco Pressure Powered Pump Packages in 2 sizes. Item #1 2 ea Pump size 1" x 1" PPEC Skid mounted package unit w/ SS check valves, vented receiver and sight glass. Item #2 11 ea Pump size 3" x 2" PPC Skid mounted package unit w/SS check valves, vented receiver and sight glass. All qualified responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Prices should be quoted FOB Destination with Pumps available for delivery to the VAMC, Dublin, GA, within 30-45 days after receipt of order. The required format for submission of quotations is at the discretion of the offeror.
