Description

New Ramp Covers at the Norris Cotton Federal Building, Manchester, NH. Work is to include but not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to perform the construction of a roof structure over the entrance and exit ramps for the underground parking garage, also includes repair of a water infiltration problem at an entrance kiosk. All work shall be complete in every respect and shall include all items necessary for a complete installation. This Procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The cost range of this procurement is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Estimated issue date is 8/1/01. Bid Due date will be on or about 8/31/01. This Solicitation is available only on the internet at http://eps.gov/. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the IFB and amendments (if any) and the offeror is responsible for downloading their own copy of the IFB and amendments.
